The Cotman Vistas project is a model of accessible housing. It was designed with input from our tenants and consultations with an accessibility expert, Sally Levine, to create the best accessible home for people with physical disabilities.
The mobility-disabled residents of Cotman Vistas enjoy the fully accessible units and common areas, including a large lobby and patio. Accessibility is often easier to show than to tell; the accessibility features of Cotman Vistas are shown in the documents below through blueprints, photos, and diagrams.
